Feeding schedule example

Below image illustrates the feeding schedule of our office cat Pixi. Every morning at 8, we clean and load her feeder, and insert a freshly frozen pair of ice packs to keep Pixi’s wet food cooled for about 6 hours. Depending on the room temperature, the ice packs will gradually lose their effect, but dry food will be kept savory and crunchy for the remainder of the day. Pixi’s final dish of kibble is served at 4 in the morning, without anyone having to get out of bed.

With the Catit PIXI app, you can easily set your cat’s 24-hour feeding schedule, which will automatically repeat itself daily. You can also choose to instantly serve the meal in the upcoming feeding tray compartment. Check and adjust your cat’s mealtimes whenever you like, from wherever you are. It’s also possible to set and adjust your cat’s feeding schedule using the control panel on the feeder, or to skip ahead and serve the next meal. The Catit PIXI app and feeder settings sync in real-time, so your cat’s feeding schedule is up to date at all times. The control panel is cat-proof and requires a touch pattern to unlock.

Four C/LR14 batteries can be inserted to provide power to the Catit PIXI Smart 6-meal Feeder in case of a network power failure or blackout. On average, 4 back-up batteries will power the device for 4 days.

CAT-PROOF

User-friendly cover

To open the feeder, pull back the snap between the ears. Press down on the cat nose-shaped display as you lift the cover. This is conveniently easy for us humans, but effectively keeps cats from accessing the food stored within.

HYGIENE

Easy-to-clean feeding tray

The feeding tray is removable for easy cleaning at the end of each feeding cycle. Simply rinse the tray under running water or put it in the dishwasher.
